Thank you for shopping at PetPimper! We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and service in the Pet Supply Industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Returns
Eligibility
We accept limited returns on items purchased directly from PetPimper within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition.
In the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Sale or clearance items.
Perishable goods.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the approval process to take place.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at admin@petpimper.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
